The Marlborough Mound

This video, shot in 2017, explores the history of the mound, its restoration, and its connection with the school in whose grounds it stands. It looks at the work of the Marlborough Mound Trust, which has almost completed a major restoration of this intriguing major  monument in the last twenty years, and members of the Trust, teachers and pupils at the school, and archaeologists who have worked on the site give an account of their reactions to the presence and  influence of the Mound.
